In Ukraine a new order of application of assisted reproductive technologies
From November 1, 2013 in Ukraine came into force the order of the Ministry of health of Ukraine "On approval of the application of assisted reproductive technologies in Ukraine" from 09.09.2013 № 787 (hereinafter - the Order № 787).
Order № 787 cancels a previous order of the Ministry of health of Ukraine "On approval of the instruction on the procedure of application of assisted reproductive technologies" dated December 23, 2008 № 771 and regulates the basic medical, legal and organizational aspects of assisted reproductive technologies in Ukraine (ART).
Among the major innovations that were introduced by Order № 787, it should be noted notary form of the contract of surrogate motherhood, as well as new forms of statistical accounting documentation, which must be made in the medical institutions that apply the methods of ART.
