About the ProjectThe Medical and Reproductive Law Center is an independent professional and expert platform specialising in healthcare law, medical regulation, reproductive law, healthcare compliance, healthcare governance and the legal aspects of reproductive healthcare and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Established in 2006, the Center carries out expert, analytical, educational and research-oriented activities related to healthcare regulation, medical practice, reproductive medicine, bioethics and international healthcare projects. The Center's activities include healthcare law and regulation, legal support for healthcare institutions and medical practice, healthcare compliance, legal due diligence of healthcare projects, healthcare governance, medical documentation and patient rights, as well as legal and regulatory aspects of assisted reproductive technologies and cross-border reproductive care. Particular attention is devoted to international legal and regulatory issues in reproductive medicine, including the legal framework for assisted reproduction, fertility treatment, international reproductive programmes and comparative approaches to reproductive healthcare regulation in different jurisdictions. The Center participates in professional, academic and educational initiatives in the fields of healthcare law and reproductive law, and collaborates with legal professionals, healthcare specialists, researchers, healthcare consultants and experts from different countries within international professional and research projects.
