"The Management of Medical Centers - 2010" Conference

May 26-27, 2010 annual Conference «Medical Center Management » took place in Kyiv. This year the organizers of the event, CJSC «ESTET Company» and «Cosmetic Expo Media Ltd», held the conference together with the partners: Medical Law Center and the MIM-KYIV, and with the support of international consulting company «Panamedical Consulting Ltd» (London, UK). New journal, The MEDICAL PRACTICE: Organizational and Legal Aspects, was the media-partner.

Medical Law Center was the legal partner of the event again. The reports, made by specialists of Center and experts invited, were delivered at "The Urgent Legal and Organizational Issues on Support of Medical Establishment Activities" session set, which was conducted on the first day of the conference - May 26, 2010.

Moderator of "The Urgent Legal and Organizational Issues on Support of Medical Establishment Activities" session set was Sergii Antonov, who also presented several reports dealing with legal issues.

Largest interest was risen by reports: The Optimization of Employment Relationship in Medical Establishments: Legal and Personnel Issues (S. Antonov, Medical Law Center), The National Accreditation of Health Care Establishments: Particularities of Preparation and Process (V. Bagdasarian, expert of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine), The Up-to-date Standards of Assisted Reproductive Technologies Support in Ukraine and Abroad (L. Smahina, International Agency "IRTSA"), The Medical Tourism: Standards of Organization and Requirements for Medical Establishments (D. Chudakov, international consulting company "Panamedical Consulting Ltd").
