International Forum “Innovation in Medicine: from Management to Technology”
March 30-31, 2010 the International Forum “Innovation in Medicine: from Management to Technology” was organized on the Donetsk Region State Administration and the Donetsk Regional Council’s initiative in Donetsk. An extensive program of the 2-day event consisted of 6 sessions dedicated to urgent issues of health care system reformation and development. Particularly, such issues as health care system management, economics and law, information technologies and innovations were covered.
About 450 foreign and national representatives and spokesmen took part in the forum.
March 31, 2010 Sergii Antonov, the director of Medical Law Center, conducted his author’s seminar “The Urgent Issues of Health Care Legal Support”. Within the seminar framework issues on legal regulation of pay medical services, tactics of conflict settlement with a patient, legal liability of medical establishments and doctors were covered.
