As a result, increasing importance is attached to the legal regulation of medical activities in sports, compliance with professional standards, protection of athletes' rights, medical ethics and the regulation of sports and fitness-related activities.
The Center's activities include legal and regulatory issues related to sports organisations, fitness projects, specialists in sports medicine and rehabilitation, as well as the legal aspects of medical technologies, specialised equipment and medical support provided to athletes. Particular attention is devoted to: - anti-doping regulation;

- medical clearance for participation in competitions;
- professional liability in sports medicine;
- legal regulation of rehabilitation services for athletes;

The Center also analyses contemporary legal and ethical challenges related to sports medicine, the fitness industry, rehabilitation and professional sports, including issues of athlete safety, sports regulation, medical ethics and legal liability in professional sports.
