After graduating from Kharkov State Medical University Vladimir Kotlyk passed an internship in gynecology and obstetrics with Academic Grishchenko. Worked as a fertility doctor at the Reproduction Center "Implant" in Kharkov, (the first Extra Corporeal Fertilisation center, where for the first time in Ukraine was successfully conducted an extracorporal impregnation). From 2003 to 2008- held a post of Senior Doctor of the medical center "Soyuz". Vladimir Kotlyk – a member of the European Association of Fertility Doctors and author of more than 20 published researches on functional diagnostic in obstetrics and gynecology. PhD.
